Jenn is a proven 20 year plus branding and creative marketing professional known for strong brand leadership and keen business acumen. She is a nationally recognized brand strategist and experienced in working with and consulting for labels including SAP, Walt Disney World, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Four Seasons, Village Inn, Cadillac, Land Rover, and Visit Florida.

She has led the charge with multiple destination marketing, economic development and municipal projects including most recently serving as Team Lead (Agency of Record) for the City of St. Petersburg’s first fully integrated National branding and advertising initiative.

Jenn entered marketing in 1995 as a communications coordinator for the State of Florida Department of Public Health in conjunction with Tobacco Free Florida. It was here, she established a base in community branding and foundational understanding for the importance of community immersive brand cultivation. During this time, Jenn served on the launch team for the State of Florida’s TRUTH advertising campaign and became connected to service organizations including leadership roles with the American Cancer Society.

Jenn has a 20 year proven track record in business leadership and entrepreneurship, including the ground-up development and sale of two advertising agencies.  She is an industry visionary and leader in the un-agency concept which is quickly evolving to change the way agencies and brands do business together. Her current project, Clear Labs (www.clearlabs.org), provides coworking memberships to freelancing creative professionals alongside a hybrid agency concept for businesses and organizations seeking customized teams to fulfill their marketing needs.

She supports her professional industry as the (Immediate Past) President for the American Advertising Federation of Tampa Bay. She is the former President of the Central Florida Entrepreneurs Organization and was a G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (delegate) representing the United States at the Mexico City G20 2012. Jenn supports her local community with a service history on the Board of Directors for the St Pete College Foundation and Florida Main Street Initiatives.

She is a national speaker and presenter on her ASK WHY NOT HOW philosophy for strategy, creative and business. Presentations have included the honors of MIT (Boston) Key Executive Program for Entrepreneurship, American Marketing Association, South West Alliance for Minority led Businesses, and Florida Attractions Association.

Jenn was named among top ten leading ladies in Tampa Bay (12’) TBBJ Business Woman of The Year Finalist (07’ and 12’), Alumni of the year by her alma Matter the University of Tampa in 2012, and was recently named to 2015 40 under 40 Up and Comer’s list by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

For her work in advertising and dedication to creative, Jenn holds 5 National Telly Awards, 25 Gold Addy Awards, A 2012 Best of Show award and a 2016 “Most Innovative Use of Technology” award presented at the American Advertising Awards.
