Tim is a seasoned executive and consultant focused on identifying and executing financial and operational improvement engagements that move companies to their next level of performance. In a variety of roles throughout his career, he has worked on a global basis guiding and managing organizations undergoing start-up planning and implementation, significant revenue growth and expansion, organizational structuring and operational process transformations, acquisition analysis, execution and integration, location consolidations, off-shoring operations, distressed restructuring, divestiture activities, and equity and financing transactions.
He has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including such clients as National Steel Corporation, Brightpoint, Interactive Intelligence, Aprimo, Escient, RealMed, Mitsubishi, Monomoy Capital Partners, Onkyo and many others. As a consultant, he has functioned as a business advisor, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Controller. He has consulted with and provided key leadership to companies undergoing significant transformations as a result of rapid revenue growth, acquisitions and turn-around management by focusing on people, key processes and the effective management of key financial and operational data.

Tim’s background includes the Chief Operating Officer of RW Armstrong, a global engineering firm. During his time at RW Armstrong, Tim drove significant organizational changes across 17 locations and over 600 employees, while continuing to execute on the global growth strategy of the firm. Prior to RW Armstrong, Tim was responsible for the largest business unit of First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV). During his leadership roles at First Advantage, Tim was able to successfully complete and integrate more than a dozen acquisitions, including successfully eliminating and transitioning duplicative operating platforms resulting in significant profitability improvements. He was able to accomplish this by effective prioritization of key tasks and leading and focusing organizational resources to successfully develop the company’s platform of the future, increasing accuracy and enabling streamlined operations while increasing service levels and client satisfaction.
Tim is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
